down in KwaZulu-Natal

So last Thursday our AIA Staff team headed down to uVongo beach for some R&R. The outreaches and getting staff and people where they needed to go took a tole on alot of us so we were in need of some rest. What better place to do that than at the beach. Winter here is a bit milder so the beach temps are still in the mid 60s and lows 70s. The water actually is swim-able here in winter too. We were blessed with some great weather and of course we spend our down time at night watching the quarterfinals. What an insane week of games and their shocking results. 3 European and 1 South American team are left to place out the last 4 spots in the 2010 FIFA World Cup. I will be in Durban this week to partner with Barrett Grant and the Campus Crusade Summer Project for the week doing outreaches around this amazing beachside city before flying back to Jozi on Friday night for the tournament's final weekend. Here are some pictures from the week in uVongo. check yall soon
